We know the way Trump has been holding China responsible for the havoc created through pandemic across the globe in general and US in particular.In fact even few scenes of xenophobia were reported with Chinese scorned.and snubbed at when seen on streets or supermarkets and good that the trend did not gain momentum, Trump wanted a thorough political, diplomatic and a scientific probe in to the events at Wuhan lab that culminated in the global disaster.Leaders of many other nations too are vocal about such a proposal.However China offered some resistance initially to this proposal saying that the virus was natural but not man made.
It is human to attribute success to us and failures to others, more so in politics.But the world has been paying a heavy price due to the outbreak whether it is natural or man made and accidental or intentional ! Even an advanced country like the US did not seem to take it serious enough in the beginning and the delay delivered a body bow.China too on its part delayed in conveying the news and in arresting international travel when lockdown was imposed in the beginning.Now the question is to ascertain the origin and evolution of the virus in the interest of future strategies to prevent such pandemics ! For this China must extend all the needed cooperation in permitting a global body consisting of experts in various fields for an in depth study. Logically if the virus is not man made or at least,is not unleashed intentionally, there is nothing for China to oppose such an onerous task.The more China opposes such a move, the more would be the scope for undue suspicions !
The whole world wants the exact origins of the virus to be clarified !

A good write up indeed, reflecting the mood of an average human being, all across the globe. One dimension ought to have been touched is the disastrous consequence in numbers, proven & estimated, that shook the world. There is a growing suspicion that even US knew about it well in advance but played it down is what is talked about. In the cross fire between US & China, WHO was caught unaware and it should come out clean with a white paper. I would also suggest that the leaders of the world should unite to take the Herculean task of forming a front to unravel the mystery surrounding covid & its origin.

Your comment is a great impetus to me ! I fully concur with you in that the WHO is made a scape goat. Undoubtedly it is time leaders of the world unite for two important causes: 1.To bring out the facts from Wuhan & 2,To from an alliance to arrest the expansionist strategies of China reminding the invasions of kings in ancient and medieval times. I too like data but because of length constraintI had to leave.Otherwise, figures speak volumes! Any way I will keep your priceless suggestions in mind.
